Refund policy
We want you to love your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must:
- Be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be in its original condition, with no stains, odors, damage, or signs of use
- Include all original tags and packaging, when applicable
Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure you try on your clothing carefully and keep it in its original condition if you decide to return it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
